Three reasons why every one who contributes to ministering to others should attend Leadership Development:

First– The Culture today is in great need for authentic and healthy leadership, within both the world and church cultures. Leadership Development fuels the heart with the mind of Christ.

Second– Every servant leader needs to be refreshed in living a life of servant-hood. Leadership Development is that cup of water to the one who refreshes others.

Third– A servant leader is not alone. He or She is a part of something bigger than themselves. Leadership Development platforms the corporate cause of Christ here at NBCA.
